Last summer I was super diligent in running 2-3 times per week. I always tend to slack off during the school year, but now that it's summer I want to get back on a running schedule. I've gone for a few rigorous walks through Shadyside and Oakland, but yesterday I kicked off my summer running season with a strenous, exhausting long-distance run. Okay, I ran like 2 miles, but it sure felt like it was a long distance.
